Thanks for Maison Sucre UAE bakery who invited me to this marvelous high tea and workshop to meet and bake some delicious sweets.
We first headed to the conference room where it took place at the ST.Regis Saadiyat island resort to ask Manuela few questions about her lifestyle and business career, it was really interesting because she inspired everyone around her about not giving up on their dreams. She first start by learning from her mum than began to write down and explore her own recipes and now she's a successful author of 5 baking books !
secondly , We had a delightful afternoon before we head to turquoiz restaurant and start our baking session.
